AVI Hydraulic Presses are designed through years of experience in Hydraulic Machines. The suitable ‘all steel structure’ is so designed to absorb heavy shocks of overload. All welding edges are properly machined for weld joints. The low noise Hydraulic System is designed and assembled with internationally reputed make components. Valves are mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimizing pipings and chances of leakages. The large sized oil reservoir provides adequate cooling. The press is provided with motorized pump unit and a hand operated DC Valve. The pump is driven through flange coupled motor and has a pressure adjusting valve for adjustment of pressure. A winch is provided for raising and lowering the table for smooth running. During operation the table is fastened by means of pins.
